I am a an enthusiastic researcher in the field of Computer Vision and Deep Learning, currently serving in the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering, College of IT, UAEU. Previously, I was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Mohamed Bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI) in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
I completed my Ph.D. from the Intelligent Media Lab, Sejong University, Seoul, South Korea under the supervision of Prof. Sung Wook Baik in 2018. I had the honor of working as a Postdoc researcher with a wonderful mentor Prof. Abdulmotaleb El Saddik for one year (2023-2024).
My research spans a broad range of topics including content-based multimedia analysis, precision agriculture, and medical image analysis.
